Each line is the stop plane of the original jig, at 15 degrees to the cut face, moved along the bore to its CLR, and every line reaches the bore edge where the tube sits, on both halves of the shelf. Long lines with labels at 1.0D, 1.5D and 2.0D. The in-between lines at 0.75D, 1.25D, 1.75D and 2.25D are half length and carry no labels. Slide the tube until the end of its angled face is on the line for the bend radius you want, cut, rotate the tube 180 degrees, and repeat. The 1.0D line sits where the original fixed stop did.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003e3 and 9 o'clock marks\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eTwo indent marks on the cut face at 3 and 9 o'clock.
