Digital File Licence

Plain English first, then the terms.

These files are shop tools. You bought one so you could use it to build things — including things you get paid for. The only things we protect are the files themselves and the right to manufacture our tools for sale. Use them. Print them. Wear them out and print another.

The three tiers

1. Shop Use — included with every purchase

You may:

  • Print unlimited copies of the fixture, part or model for use within one shop or by one individual owner
  • Use those printed copies on paying customer work. A professional fabricator using a G1Pro jig to build a customer's headers is fully covered. This is what the licence is for.
  • Use the CAD models in design work you are paid for
  • Print replacements whenever you break, wear out or lose one, forever
  • Modify the file for your own use

You may not:

  • Share, publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the file itself, modified or not
  • Print copies of the tool to sell, give away or trade
  • Use the file as the basis of a product you sell

2. Multi-Site — 3–5× the base price

The same rights as Shop Use, extended across multiple locations or a whole company. Contact us with the number of sites.

3. Print-and-Sell — from 8× the base price, annual, renewable

You may print and sell finished physical parts made from the file to third parties, for the term of the licence.

You may not redistribute or sublicense the file itself. The file never transfers.

Where a product page lists a "Commercial Shop" option — for example the Y-Pipe Reducer at $299 — that is this tier, already priced for that item.

Delivery, refunds and support

Delivery. Every digital product is delivered instantly at checkout. Nothing ships and nothing waits.

Refunds. Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so we do not offer refunds on change of mind. If a file is faulty, wrong, or does not match what the listing described, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. That is a promise, not a loophole. Email with your order number and a photo or screenshot of the problem.

Fit. Sizes are stated in inches and millimetres on every listing. Print one size and check it against your material before you commit a spool — printers, filaments and tolerances vary, and we would rather you catch it on one part than on fourteen.

What we do not claim

These are fabrication aids. You are responsible for your own welds, your own materials, your own machine settings and your own safety. Nothing here is a warranty of fitness for any particular vehicle or application.

Ownership

All files, models and geometry remain the intellectual property of G1Pro LLC / James Goertz. A purchase grants the licence described above, not ownership.

Questions

If your situation is not covered here — a shop with several locations, a school, a licence to produce parts for sale — write to us. We would rather build a licence that fits what you actually do than have you guess.
