About G1PRO
Built by hand in Katy, Texas.
My name is James Goertz. I own G1PRO. We build the airflow and heat management parts that high-horsepower engines depend on — and the engineering tools we built to design them.
There's no factory here. No production line, no overseas casting house, no drop-ship warehouse. There's a shop, a TIG welder, a metal printer, and me.
What we make
Sheet metal intake manifolds. Hand-welded aluminum bodies with 3D printed bellmouth runners and CNC billet flanges. Built to order for LTx (LT1/LT4), Ford Coyote 5.0 and GT350, Nissan VK56, and LTG Ecotec 2.0. Not pulled off a shelf — built around your combination.
Heat. Air-to-water intercoolers and heat exchangers. Manifolds move air; this is the other half of the same problem.
Metal and carbon. 3D printed aluminum, CNC billet, carbon fiber. High ram plenum lids, head flanges, Y90 reducers, throttle body adapters.
Engineering. 3D scanning, CFD, and the software we wrote to do it. If we needed a tool that didn't exist, we built it.
How your part gets made
Every manifold starts as flat aluminum sheet, cut from models we draw ourselves. Bent, fit, tacked, welded. Runners get pie-cut and welded to the length and angle your combination actually wants — not to whatever a mold made ten years ago will allow.
Head flanges are matched to the port you're running. Injector bosses go where your fuel system needs them, at an angle that actually sprays the valve. If you're chasing 1,200 horsepower on a turbo kit, we want to know that before the first piece is cut, because it changes the plenum.
Why the lead time is real
When you order, you go into the queue and your part gets built. That takes longer than clicking add-to-cart on a cast manifold off a shelf. What comes back was measured, fit, and welded for your engine.
Digital models and fixtures
We also sell the STEP and STL files and the cutting fixtures we work from — pie cut jigs, merge collector jigs, X-pipe and Y-pipe templates, engine block mockups. If you weld, and you'd rather build your own, we'd rather sell you the model than watch you fight it. Same drawings we use.
Where we came from
We've been posting builds on LS1Tech, CorvetteForum, Camaro6 and ChallengerTalk for years under Goertz1. Guys running our manifolds post their dyno sheets in those threads. Go read them. We'd rather you hear it from them than from us.
Talk to us before you buy
If you're not sure which manifold fits your combination, message us. Tell us the engine, the boost, the power you're after, and the throttle body you're running. We'll tell you what we'd build. If we're not the right shop for it, we'll tell you that too.
If you can dream it, we can build it.
