Nissan VK56 Head Flange

The head flange for a VK56 sheet metal intake, ready to metal print. This is the part everything else references. Get the port shape, the bolt pattern or the injector bore wrong and the whole manifold is scrap — which is why most people building their own VK56 intake never start.

There is almost nothing available for this engine. Four vendors worldwide sell a VK56 intake and only one of them is fabricated sheet metal — in New Zealand. If you're building your own, this is where it begins.

This is a metal print part, not a filament part. Send it to your service bureau as-is; leave machining stock on the sealing face if your process needs it. Titan, Armada, Patrol Y62, VK56DE and VK56VD builds.
