A complete Coyote intake manifold you print yourself, on a printer you already own. Not a jig, not a flange, not a piece of one. The whole manifold — lower plenums, tops, throttle body snout, fuel rails, rail stands and the head flange inserts. Eight print-ready STL files, fifteen printed pieces.

I have been building intake manifolds by hand since 2009. I would not have released this three years ago. Consumer printers are finally good enough, so I took a Coyote manifold and rebuilt it as a model a consumer machine can actually make.

Fits a 300mm cube printer

Sectioned and oriented to come off a 300 × 300 × 300mm bed as a minimum. Bigger machine, fewer joints.

On material, and on boost

Run a filament rated for the heat. The material I specify carries a 200 hour rating at 125°C HDT. That is the part that matters and it is where most people get this wrong.

Straight talk on pressure: the one time I bonded PA6-CF with an even smaller bond cross-section than this design has, it held 80 psi. So with proper prep and a proper bond on a far friendlier material, I have no doubt it handles what your application asks of it. That is a bench result on a related part, not a dyno sheet on this one. I will tell you what I know and let you judge the rest.
