A hybrid manifold that takes the best of every process: a hand-welded sheet metal lower body for plenum volume and shape, 3D printed aluminum runners with a full bellmouth entry that no welded tube can reproduce, and billet 6061 head flanges that will not warp, move, or leak.

Why Builders Pick This One

• It beat ported Cobra Jet parts running a stock throttle body. Cantu Racing, back to back — our off-the-shelf 80mm against a ported CJ manifold on a ported CJ throttle body. Ours made horsepower all the way to the top.
• The same architecture beat a named competitor on a second engine family. On the LTx side: 643.0 HP against the MSD Airforce's 636.4 and 625.9 stock — same car, same day, somebody else's dyno.
• Billet 6061 head flanges — machined, not cast, not printed. The sealing surface is what decides whether it holds at boost after a hundred heat cycles, and it is the part most fabricators cheapen.

How It's Built

• Sheet metal lower body — hand-formed, fully TIG welded

Proven Against The Best

The G1Pro Coyote manifold has been on the dyno at Cantu Racing: a G1Pro 5-inch runner Coyote intake running an off-the-shelf stock 80mm throttle body was tested against a ported Cobra Jet manifold with a ported Cobra Jet throttle body — and beat it. Down a little torque, up on horsepower, and still pulling into the upper RPM where the Cobra Jet had flattened out.

The same design language was verified on the LTx side at Power Fab Autosports (Spring, TX) on a supercharged Corvette — Mainline DynoLog, SAE J1995 corrected, back-to-back on the same car: 625.9 HP stock · 636.4 HP MSD Airforce · 643.0 HP G1Pro.

The pattern is consistent: this plenum trades a few pound-feet down low for power all the way to the top. It is built to pull to 8,000 rpm and only starts to wake up where a stock combination is already finished. More cam, more boost, more cubic inch, more rpm — it pulls further ahead.
