Straight Tube Cutting Jig

A cutting fixture for thin-wall tube that doesn't crush what it holds. Clamp thin-wall titanium in a vice and you oval it; oval it and the cut is no longer planar, and now nothing lines up. This holds the tube round while you cut it square.

No tape measure, no wrap, no marker. The fixture sets the cut, so part number four is identical to part number one.

My official settings for every G1Pro fixture: 2.5 mm walls, 2.5 mm top and bottom, 20% cubic infill, support-free, printed in Inland PETG-CF.
