VK56 Intake Manifold — Sheet Metal Lower, Printed Bellmouth Runners

Built to order for the Nissan VK56. The same hybrid construction as the LTx and Coyote manifolds, now for a platform almost nobody builds for: a hand-welded sheet metal lower body for plenum volume and shape, 3D printed aluminum runners with a full bellmouth entry that no welded tube can reproduce, and billet 6061 head flanges that will not warp, move, or leak.

Why Builders Pick This One

  • Almost nobody builds a real sheet-metal manifold for the VK56. Not a modified casting, not an adapter plate — a purpose-drawn plenum and runner set for this engine.
  • The architecture is proven, not theoretical. Same runner science that made 643.0 HP against the MSD Airforce's 636.4 on a supercharged Corvette, and beat ported Cobra Jet parts on a Coyote with a stock throttle body.
  • Billet 6061 head flanges — machined, not cast, not printed. The sealing surface is what decides whether it holds at boost after a hundred heat cycles, and it is the part most fabricators cheapen.
  • The price is on the page, and the hardware is in it. Every other shop building one-off sheet metal at this level makes you call for a number, then bills the flanges on top. Head flange set, throttle body flange, vacuum plate and velocity stacks are included here.
  • Built by the man who drew it. One at a time. The person who designed the runner welds your manifold and answers your call.

How It's Built

  • Sheet metal lower body — hand-formed, fully TIG welded
  • 3D printed aluminum runners — full radiused bellmouth off the plenum floor, sweeping into a tight-radius elbow so the charge turns without stalling
  • Billet 6061 head flanges — machined solid, VK56 bolt pattern
  • Printed aluminum throttle body flange
  • Printed aluminum vacuum plate — reference and boost ports integrated
  • Port injection ready — 14mm injector bosses at the runner base, right above the flange
  • 125mm tapered velocity stacks — the geometry this whole family is built on

Proven Design Language

This is the same plenum and runner philosophy that was tested at Power Fab Autosports on a supercharged Corvette — Mainline DynoLog, SAE J1995 corrected, same car, back to back: 625.9 HP stock · 636.4 HP MSD Airforce · 643.0 HP G1Pro. +17.1 over stock, +6.6 over the MSD, and still climbing where the others had quit.

On the Coyote side, Cantu Racing put a G1Pro intake with an off-the-shelf stock throttle body against a ported Cobra Jet manifold with a ported CJ throttle body — and it won.

The pattern holds: trade a few pound-feet down low for power all the way to the top. Built to pull to 8,000 rpm, only starting to wake up where a stock combination is already finished. The VK56 responds to exactly that kind of top-end breathing.

What's In The Price

  • Hand-welded sheet metal lower body
  • Printed aluminum bellmouth runners with 125mm tapered velocity stacks
  • Billet 6061 head flange set
  • Throttle body flange
  • Vacuum plate with reference and boost ports
  • 14mm port-injection bosses

No quote form. No "call for pricing." No line item for the flanges after you have already committed.

Add Fuel Rails — $300

-8 AN anodized aluminum rail set, cut and drilled for this manifold and ready to bolt to the port-injection bosses. Add it at checkout and the manifold arrives complete — no sourcing rails, no guessing at centers, no fitting them yourself. Skip it if you are already running your own.

Choose Your Top

  • Sheet Metal Lid — faceted welded top. Lightest, classic race look, fully sealed.
  • CNC Billet Lid — smooth machined crown carrying the G1Pro script.

Specified At Order
