Oval 15° Pie Cutting Jig

Pie cut fixtures for oval tube — the one shape nobody makes a jig for. Oval has two axes and no obvious datum, so almost everyone marks it freehand and lives with the result. These index off the oval itself, in both orientations.

You will not find another jig for this. Not printed, not machined, not in a catalogue. Oval tube fabricators have been marking by eye because there was no alternative.

Print settings

My official settings for every G1Pro fixture: 2.5 mm walls, 2.5 mm top and bottom, 20% cubic infill, support-free, printed in Inland PETG-CF. Print one and check the fit on your tube before committing a spool.

Print as many copies as you like for use in your own shop, including on paying customer jobs. You may not share or resell the file, or print copies of the jig to sell. Print-and-sell licences available — ask.
