PIE15 Cutting Fixture

PIE15 Pie Cutting Fixtures — ready-to-use printed tools, made in-house by G1Pro. A captive, two-part clamp that holds your tube and indexes 15° pie cuts: clamp on, cut, rotate, cut again. Printed and shipped to you, nothing to slice or assemble.

Two versions

1D — the classic fixed-stop jig for a 1D centreline radius. Sizes 1.50" to 5.00", from $56.99.

CLR Lines 0.75D–2.25D (new) — the fixed stop is replaced by engraved, labelled CLR alignment lines (big lines at 1.0D, 1.5D and 2.0D; small lines at 0.75D, 1.25D, 1.75D and 2.25D), so one jig cuts pies for any bend radius from 0.75D to 2.25D. 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock ident marks on the cut face make 180° re-indexing fast: pen-mark the tube, rotate, line up. Sizes 1.50" to 6.00" (6.00" is new), from $66.99. The CLR design is a new release; the geometry is derived and checked in CAD, and it has not yet been proven on a physical cut tube.

Material and print specification

Every fixture is printed in Inland PETG-CF (carbon-fibre PETG) with our official settings: 2.5 mm walls, 2.5 mm top and bottom, 20% cubic infill, support-free printing. Stiff, dimensionally stable and tough enough for shop use.
