The three tube sizes most headers are actually built from, in both working angles. Six files. 1.66" (42.2mm), 1.75" (44.5mm) and 2.00" (50.8mm), each with a 9° and a 15° pie cut jig.
Why this set. One size is not a build. A real header needs at least two or three primary diameters and more than one cut angle — 15° for the long sweeps, 9° where the bend is tight or on show. Buying those one at a time costs more and you still end up short mid-job.
Six files bought singly is $90. This is $49. The physical tooling that covers the same three sizes starts at $260.
PLA+ or PETG, 0.2mm layers, 4 perimeters, 30% infill. PETG or ASA if the jig will sit near hot work.
Print as many copies as you like for use in your own shop, including on paying customer jobs. You may not share or resell the file, or print copies of the jig to sell. Print-and-sell licences available — ask.
