Megalodon shark jaw replica, 500 mm (19.7 in) wide, 3D printed and already assembled. It arrives as one finished jaw, not a kit. Made in Houston, TX by a disabled veteran owned business, printed and finished in house by G1Pro.
Choose your build
- Color: Black (glossy, shown in the photos) or Bone White.
- Finish: As shown, with the printed sections joined and the weld seams about 80% finished, or Fully finished, where the seams are sanded out and the jaw is painted. Fully finished is an additional cost.
- Mount: none, a custom wall mount, or a custom display stand, each at an additional cost. Wall mount and stand are made to fit this jaw.
What you get
- One pre-assembled megalodon jaw replica, about 500 mm (19.7 in) wide, about 407 mm (16 in) tall and about 247 mm (9.7 in) deep. Sizes are approximate.
- Dozens of sharp, serrated printed teeth in the upper and lower rows.
- 3D printed in PLA, about 0.82 kg (1.8 lb) of plastic.
Honest note on the finish
The photos show the real piece in glossy black with its seams. On the As shown build you can still see and feel a few seam lines up close, mainly at the joints between sections. Choose Fully finished if you want them sanded out and painted. The photos show black; Bone White and painted builds are made to order, so the exact look can differ a little from the photos.
Custom printing and custom sizes
This jaw is roughly 1:5 to 1:6 scale. We can print the jaws larger or smaller, all the way up to life size 1:1, and take custom print jobs. Send us the size and finish you want through the contact page for a quote.
What it is (and is not)
- A 3D printed decor replica of a megalodon jaw, made for display. It is not a real fossil, not real bone, and not a museum cast.
- Decor only. It is not a toy and not designed to bear weight. Keep away from small children and do not hang it from the teeth.
- Wall hanging hardware is included only if you choose the custom wall mount.

Ships in a padded box. Black, as shown, in stock builds ship in 3 to 5 business days. Bone White, Fully finished and mount builds are made to order and take longer; we confirm the date after you order.
