The PIE15 MK2 is the original, proven G1Pro PIE15 fixed-stop pie cut jig, body and branding unchanged, with rotation marks and three CLR lines added. This is a digital download of the files for all 15 sizes. Nothing is shipped.
What MK2 is
The original PIE15 fixed-stop jig: the same clamp, bore, saw slot, keyways and G1PRO wordmark you already know, with the fixed 1.5D stop (set 15 degrees to the cut face) kept exactly as it was. MK2 only adds marks and lines.
What is added
- 3 and 9 o'clock rotation marks on the cut face, running out from the bore edge, so you can pen-mark the tube, rotate it 180 degrees after each cut and line the marks up again.
- Three CLR lines in front of the 1.5D stop, on both halves of the shelf, each at the same 15 degrees as the stop and starting at the bore edge where the tube end sits: a long 1.0D line with its label, and half-length 0.75D and 1.25D lines with no label.
Sizes
15 sizes, 1.50" to 6.00" OD: 1.50, 1.65, 1.75, 1.85, 2.00, 2.15, 2.25, 2.50, 2.75, 3.00, 3.50, 4.00, 4.50, 5.00 and 6.00. The 1.65" and 1.85" files keep their original dimensions.
Files
STL, 3MF and STEP for every size, plus a README. Each file holds the two clamp halves in print pose. The STEP files are faceted solids (planar faces following the print mesh) for the 14 sizes derived from the original jigs, not parametric design-history models.
Print settings
Inland PETG-CF, 2.5 mm walls, 2.5 mm top and bottom, 20% cubic infill, no supports. Keep the supplied print pose. Print one size first and check it on your tube before committing a whole spool.
Honest note
Every size was checked on the files by geometry and cut simulation; the set has not been trial-cut on a physical tube by us for every size. Saw kerf and print variation are real, so cut one test pie first.
Licence: Shop Use
Buy it once and print as many copies as you like for use in your own shop, including on paying customer jobs. You may not share or resell the files, or print copies of the jig to sell. Need a print-and-sell licence? Get in touch.
