Sheet Metal Intake Manifolds

Hand-Built Sheet Metal Intake Manifolds

LTx, Coyote, and Nissan VK56. Sheet metal plenum, 3D printed aluminum runners with a full bellmouth, billet 6061 head flanges. Built to order, one at a time — designed around your combination and the RPM band you're chasing.

G1Pro dyno results: 643 HP, beating stock and the MSD Airforce on a supercharged C7

It Already Beat The Competition

Power Fab Autosports, Spring TX. April 2017. Supercharged 2014 Corvette, stock heads, PFA cam, longtubes, 93 octane. Mainline DynoLog chassis dyno, SAE J1995 corrected. Same car, back to back:

Stock manifold 625.9 HP 536 ft-lb
MSD Airforce 636.4 HP 549 ft-lb
G1Pro 643.0 HP 533 ft-lb

+17.1 HP over stock. +6.6 HP over the MSD Airforce. Down a few pound-feet at peak torque, up on power all the way to the top — and still climbing where the others had quit.

On the Coyote side, Cantu Racing put a G1Pro 5-inch runner intake with an off-the-shelf stock 80mm throttle body up against a ported Cobra Jet manifold with a ported Cobra Jet throttle body. Same story: gave up a little torque, made horsepower through the top, and beat it.

This plenum is built to pull to 8,000 rpm. It's only starting to wake up where a stock combination is already done. More cam, more boost, more cubic inch, more rpm — it pulls further ahead.

How Every One Is Built

  • Sheet metal plenum body — hand-formed, fully TIG welded
  • 3D printed aluminum runners — full radiused bellmouth off the plenum floor, a shape no welded tube can reproduce
  • Billet 6061 head flanges — machined solid. They don't warp, they don't move, they don't leak
  • Printed aluminum throttle body flange — your throttle body, your angle
  • Printed aluminum vacuum plate — boost and reference ports built in, not drilled in later
  • Port injection ready — injector bosses in place, ready for your rail
  • 125mm tapered velocity stacks — the geometry this whole family is built on

One detail that shows up on the datalog: the MAP pickup sits beside the intake port instead of shrouded in the middle of the plenum, so it reads what the engine actually sees — not a low-pressure pocket.

Choose Your Top

Sheet Metal Lid — faceted welded top. Lightest, the classic race look, fully sealed.
CNC Billet Lid — machined billet crown carrying the G1Pro script. Removable for port access, custom throttle body angles, and logo work.

The VK56 is the one nobody else builds. If you're running a Titan, Armada, Patrol, or a VK swap, this is your only real option.

Built To Order

Nothing here is mass produced. Each manifold is fabricated in sequence, and throttle body size and angle, plenum height, runner length, and injector configuration are all set to your combination. Tell us the build and what you're chasing.
